A passionate chef and former Site Engineer, Jay brings a unique blend of culinary creativity and project management expertise. Jay manages our kitchen team, and crafts innovative dishes. Having worked his way up through Demitasse, he is proud of the progress he has made in his culinary career. Before transitioning to this field, he spent six years overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects in India.

Outside of work, he enjoys experimenting with new recipes and cooking for his family. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, he thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments. His love for food fuels his creativity, both in the kitchen and in his personal life.
