Milana moved to the UK from Ukraine three years ago and now calls it home. Currently studying Media and Communications at university, she has a natural love for people and their stories, something that shines through both in her studies and in her day-to-day at Demitasse.

For Milana, waitressing is more than just a job. It’s a chance to connect, to listen, to learn, and to help create a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels looked after. She’s proud to be part of a team that values thoughtful service and great coffee as much as she does.

Outside of work, she’s most likely spending time with family, exploring somewhere new, catching a musical, or baking something sweet in the kitchen.
