Our chef de partie Sam was born and raised in Wimbledon and had been training at Demitasse since September. He first discovered his love of cooking while working at festivals in a gourmet street food van.
On shift, Sam loves our chai latte. When asked about Demitasse, Sam said, “I have been lucky to have the opportunity to work at Demitasse and elevate my skills, making high-quality and fresh food.”
